    The data provided is processed to:

    • Manage orders and provide the purchased recording services.
    • Coordinate the service with the client.
    • Issue invoices and comply with legal obligations.
    • Respond to enquiries and requests for information.
    • Record the email address used to deliver the requested multitrack sample.
    • Send occasional tips, news and offers only with separate optional marketing consent.
    • Suggest a language and currency from an approximate country, when enabled, without using that suggestion to calculate taxes.

    2.1. Emails used to download samples

    When you request a sample, we store the email address, date, language, form source and proof that this policy was accepted. Marketing consent is requested through a separate optional checkbox; declining it does not prevent access to the sample.

    You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@tonimateos.com, without affecting processing lawfully carried out beforehand.

    2.2. Regional suggestion

    The website may receive an approximate country code associated with the connection from its infrastructure provider to suggest a language and currency. The application does not store or add the IP address to its own events. The suggestion may be wrong—for example when using a VPN—can be changed manually and never proves tax residence. VAT and invoices use the billing country entered by the client.

    COP and CLP amounts are indicative and show the exchange-rate date. The currency and amount actually charged are shown separately before payment.

    3. Legal basis

    The legal bases are performance of the contract, consent for specific purposes and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

    4. Recipients

    Data may be shared with PayPal when it processes payment; technology providers needed to host the website, record requests and provide the service; Google and Meta only after optional cookies are accepted; and public authorities when legally required.

    Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by the rules applicable to that service will be used.

    5. Retention

    Data is kept for as long as needed for its purpose, to determine possible liability and for applicable statutory periods. Emails authorised for marketing are kept until consent is withdrawn or they are no longer needed.

    You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by emailing info@tonimateos.com.
